 Shipping

 

We ship either USPS Priority or UPS on domestic orders   If an item is shipped USPS Priority it is shipped within 3 days of payment received..  If item is shipped UPS, it is coming from our warehouse and will ship within 5 days of payment received..

 

**Please be aware that items shipped by UPS for United States addresses take approximately 10 days to arrive.

**For International buyers, it could take up to 3 weeks or longer for items to arrive

**Import duties,taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charge.

 **Iternational shipments will be sent First Class International

**Item value will be declared at the amount of the sale price.

      RETURN POLICY

 

 We proudly stand behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 10* days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.

 

 We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies - for example: missing items in your order - must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 3 business days.

 Please allow 7-21 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. or Paypal account.

 

  We try very hard to avoid sending you a defective or wrong item and we realize it cost you or your customer time and money to return a product. However, just as a major retailer such as Wal-mart does not give you gas money when you return a product we cannot absorb the cost of shipping the product back to us, it is effectively a cost of convenience. We will however absorb the cost of resending the exchange back to you.
